Rates, Discounts, Policies and Procedures:

1. All of our rates are based on double occupancy
2. Children are welcome.
3. Pets are welcome, but there is a charge of $10 per night for pets
4. All reservations require a 50% deposit
5. We offer a 10% discount for two nights or more all year.
6. We offer a 10% discount during the off-season, November 1 to April 30
7. Discounts are not! cumulative
8. We offer a 10% discount to Seniors (65 and over) all year.
9. On long weekends, we require a minimum two-night stay.
10. Unless previously arranged, Check-in time is 3:00pm or later
11. Check-out time is 11:00am
12. Our home is smoke-free, but our guests are welcome to smoke outdoors
