Open Year Round, our Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes, on County Road 36, just one kilometer north of the village of Buckhorn.

We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere. We are pet friendly and your family pets are always welcome.

Our home is a spacious log house filled with outstanding antiques and wonderful Asian artifacts, and features a cozy and extensive Library with satellite TV, a spacious Conservatory with Baby Grand Piano.  It is situated on Highway 36, next to a natural three-acre pond on 44 acres of pristine Precambrian wilderness.

Our guest accommodations include:

• One spacious bedroom with a king size brass bed and a 4-piece ensuite bath on the main floor.
• Two Bedroom Suite featuring a common bathroom, a lounge area and garden walkout.
• Our Queen Suite is situated off our Library. It is a cozy bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a private, 3-piece bathroom.
• A common sitting and lounging area with walkout on the lower level.
• A large, well stocked, library with satellite TV.
• A large living room with a baby grand piano.

Our typical country breakfasts include a variety of gourmet main dishes, peameal bacon, toast, our famous blueberry muffins, homemade jams, assorted fruit platter, juice, coffee or tea. We cater to special dietary needs by advance notice.
